While that list doesn’t cover all the candidates who have stepped forward, its a starting point for grassroots efforts. Biography Born and raised in New York, Jasmine graduated from Northbridge High School in 2003 and went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix. Jasmine currently serves as the Executive Director of Greater Charlotte Rise, a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to providing immediate housing relief in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. Having experienced poverty and the foster care system firsthand, Jasmine put themself through school and gained international experience living abroad.
